CAR clampers in Bromsgrove could get their comeuppance when the issue comes up on BBC One's Inside Out programme. The show, hosted by Ashley Blake which goes out on Friday, March 7, at 7.30pm, will be returning to the town 18 months after the last visit following streams of emails from viewers complaining that the clamping company MPC is failing to pay up when motorists get court rulings against it.
