BUDDING writers from a Bromsgrove school raised money for charity through the sale of their first published book. Year ten students from North Bromsgrove High School, in School Drive, took part in a project last year where they put pen to paper to create their own children's book. The book, entitled Lucky and Scruffy's Night Out, raised £100 for Cancer Research UK. Dr Tony Evans, deputy headteacher of the school, said: "I am very proud of the students and my colleagues who have been associated with this worthy project."  more...
